Looking for a well-paying HGV Class 1 driving role with guaranteed hours and plenty of overtime?
We are recruiting for HGV Class 1 Drivers for store delivery work at our established Wincanton site in Northampton, delivering frozen, chilled, and ambient goods to a well-known supermarket. This role offers flexibility, competitive pay rates, and a guaranteed 8 hours per day.

Pay Rates (Pre-Parity – First 12 Weeks PAYE):
Monday – Friday (Days 06:00 – 17:59): £18.00
Monday – Friday (Nights 18:00 – 05:59): £22.00
Saturday & Sunday (00:00 Saturday – 23:59 Sunday): £22.00
Overtime (After 47.5 hours/week): £24.00 - £26.20
Bank Holidays (Days): £36.00
Bank Holidays (Nights): £38.00
Pay Rates (Parity – After 12 Weeks PAYE):
Monday – Friday (Days 00:00 – 23:59): £21.21
Monday – Friday (Nights 18:00 – 23:59): £22.39
Saturday & Sunday (00:00 Saturday – 23:59 Sunday): £23.00
Overtime (After 47.5 hours/week): £31.82 - £33.59
Bank Holidays (Days): £42.42
Bank Holidays (Nights): £44.78
Shift Start Times Available:
15:00 – 19:00
20:00 – 00:00
00:00 – 04:00
Available Rotas (Not Limited To):
Sunday – Wednesday
Wednesday – Sunday
Tuesday – Saturday

Requirements:
HGV C+E Class 1 license
Full HGV C+E licence with no more than six points for minor endorsements
Digital Tacho & Driver Qualification Cards
Strong understanding of Driver’s Hours, regulations, and Working Time Directive
Excellent geographical knowledge
Customer-focused attitude
