A varied and interesting role working closely with the Housing Compliance Manager within Dimensions and the Property team, providing administrative support in a time driven environment as required.
To support the efficient and accurate administration of Compliance with Landlord Health & Safety legal responsibilities, such as Fire Safety, Gas Safety, Electrical Safety, Water Safety, Asbestos, etc.

About the role
Your main duties will include:
- Providing administrative support and acting as a point of contact both internally and externally via the telephone and in written communication for the team.
- Provide administrative support for obtaining, recording and distribution of compliance documents on the reporting system in a timely manner.
- Establish and maintain appropriate administrative systems, records and filing systems on behalf of the Housing Compliance Manager, arrange meetings, prepare agendas and record actions from meetings, produce reports and other documents as required.
- Support the Housing Compliance Manager and the team in liaising with the Operations team to ensure efficient and effective communication of compliance visits and with other necessary requests.
About you
The successful applicant will have:
- Able to work as part of a busy team providing support to all members
- Previous experience with an administrative or secretarial role
- Experience of working to targets and strict deadlines
- Able to Create and use Excel spreadsheet
