Do you have experience in housing administration or understand a landlord’s requirements In regards to health and safety within homes??
If so, our client who provides safety services to its customers’ homes is recruiting a temporary administrator to support a project of transferring data and information following company changes and a merger to make sure all information is in line on systems, up to date and compliant.
You will need to coordinate booking for works to commence and so both telephone and coordination confidence will be required, alongside strong administration skills with the ability to learn inhouse systems and knowledge of all MS Office functions including Excel.
