Could you be the talented HR, EDI and Wellbeing Officer we’re looking to welcome into a small, friendly nature charity? Supporting a brilliant team, you’ll play a part in protecting and restoring UK wildlife, while advancing your career in the fast-growing ‘nature and climate’ space. 

Overview

Position: HR, EDI and Wellbeing Officer

Salary: £12,800 per annum for 14 hours per week (£31,500 FTE)

Location: Fully remote (with occasional travel)

Hours: Part-time, 14 hours per week (0.4 FTE) – flexible working available

Contract: Permanent

Closing Date: 9am, Friday 21 March 2025

Interview Date: Thursday 27 March 2025

About the Role

As HR, EDI and Wellbeing Officer, you will play a key role in fostering a positive workplace culture, ensuring the team feels valued, supported, and engaged. Working across HR, Equality, Diversity & Inclusion (EDI), and wellbeing, you will develop and implement initiatives that improve efficiency, transparency, and employee experience.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing the Trust’s HR, EDI and Wellbeing functions.

• Providing advice and support to staff on HR and wellbeing matters.

• Identifying and implementing improvements to policies and processes.

• Promoting an inclusive and fair work environment.

About You

We’re looking for someone with:

• Experience in HR, EDI, wellbeing, or a related field.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently in a fully remote setting.

• A passion for creating a positive and inclusive workplace.
