We are working with a well-established property management business that is going through a period of expansion to recruit a new HR Executive who will play an important role in developing and delivering the HR function across the business.

This is an excellent and exciting opportunity for an HR professional who seeks to drive change and improvements within a growing business.

Reporting to and support management you will support them through the delivery of an HR function to meet the scaling needs of this business, this will include;

• Providing advice on employee relations, performance management, and compliance


• Driving initiatives to boost engagement and retention in a high-performance culture
  
  Oversee learning and development activities for the business

What we are looking for…

• 2 + years HR experience with knowledge and experience of ER & Performance Management


• Passionate about HR with an interest in improving systems and processes


• Excellent communication and organisational skills, with a proactive and solutions-oriented mindset
