HR Manager, Cookstown, up to £40k
We are working with a well- established, award-winning manufacturing company within the power and water industries who are currently recruiting for an HR Manager.
In this role you will be –
- Overseeing all aspects of recruitment and selection.
- Review of performance management processes to support talent management and staff retention.
- Nurture staff engagement through staff feedback, Corporate Social Responsibility, promoting positive working relationships
- Provide HR support, guidance and direction to managers and team leaders on HR procedures and processes and any employee related matters.
- Lead recruitment programmes for graduates and apprentices, working closely with universities, colleges and schools
- Identify current and future skills and resources gaps and provide solutions to fill shortfalls through new external hires.
You will need –
- Minimum 2 years’ HR experience
- Knowledge of and the ability to ensure compliance with employment law.
- CIPD Qualification or working towards qualification / certificate
- Computer Literacy: Should be proficient using Excel spreadsheets, databases, etc.
