HR Manager, Cookstown, up to £40k



We are working with a well- established, award-winning manufacturing company within the power and water industries who are currently recruiting for an HR Manager.



 



In this role you will be –




  • Overseeing all aspects of recruitment and selection.

  • Review of performance management processes to support talent management and staff retention.

  • Nurture staff engagement through staff feedback, Corporate Social Responsibility, promoting positive working relationships

  • Provide HR support, guidance and direction to managers and team leaders on HR procedures and processes and any employee related matters.

  • Lead recruitment programmes for graduates and apprentices, working closely with universities, colleges and schools

  • Identify current and future skills and resources gaps and provide solutions to fill shortfalls through new external hires.



 



You will need –




  • Minimum 2 years’ HR experience

  • Knowledge of and the ability to ensure compliance with employment law.

  • CIPD Qualification or working towards qualification / certificate

  • Computer Literacy: Should be proficient using Excel spreadsheets, databases, etc.
