HR Officer

HR Officer, Coleraine, 9-month FTC

To join an expanding NI business who have grown considerably over the last few years and continues to do so as their new HR Officer on a 9-month contract basis.

Joining an established and supportive HR team you will be reporting to the HR Manager and working across;

• Providing generalist support across business functions in NI, Scotland, and ROI


• Managing and supporting investigations, disciplinary & grievance casework


• Delivering induction and HR training


• Recruitment support (end-to-end process)

What we are looking for…

• HR experience, ideally within a busy environment


• Ideally educated to Degree level


• CIPD qualified or working towards CIPD qualification is desirable
