We are working with a successful multisite business with a presence across the island of Ireland to recruit for their new HR Business Partner / Manager who will work as the main HR professional at their Belfast site, reporting into Group HR Manager.

This is an exciting time to join this business which continues to its local presence and where you will;

• Support their expanding workforce and ensure compliance with employment legislation


• Play a key role in developing a high performing, engaged, and satisfied workforce that aligns with the strategic goals of the organisation


• Oversee all HR functions at the site


• Lead employee engagement, drive internal development, and initiate succession planning for all roles


• Driving recruitment


• Implementing HR strategies


• Supporting various HR processes to align with our business objectives

• Experienced HR Business Partner / Manager


• In-depth knowledge of employment legislation ideally to include ROI experience


• Organisational and time management skills


• Strong interpersonal and people Management Skills
