Due to growth, they are now looking for an Industrial Refrigeration Engineer to join their Leeds-based team.

JOB PURPOSE

Carrying out high-quality service, maintenance, and installation work on industrial refrigeration systems.
Attending planned and reactive service calls across customer sites.
Identifying areas for improving plant reliability, efficiency, and safety.
Completing all documentation, service records, and reporting systems accurately and on time.
Supporting continuous improvements in health and safety compliance and engineering standards.
Representing the company professionally and maintaining excellent customer relationships

QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE

Proven background in industrial refrigeration service and maintenance.
Experience with HFC systems, and preferably CO2 and NH3.
FGAS Category 1 qualified.
NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning or equivalent.
A proactive attitude with strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills.

SALARY / BENEFITS

Salary: £40,000 - £65,000 (depending on experience) + Bonus + Choice of car or van.
Up to 20% performance-based salary top-up.
