About the Role
As an Information Hub Supervisor at BIMM University, you’ll play a key role in delivering a high-quality, first-line service for students and staff. Managing the Information Hub, you’ll ensure it operates as a ‘one-stop shop’ for all campus queries, providing an exceptional level of customer service. You’ll also oversee a team of Information Hub Assistants, ensuring they have the tools and knowledge to support the university community effectively.
What You'll Do:
- Manage the Information Hub, ensuring it is staffed and operating efficiently to support students in person, via phone and by email.
- Act as the key liaison between students and on-campus departments, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information is readily available.
- Supervise and support a team of Information Hub Assistants, equipping them to deliver an outstanding student experience.
- Oversee administrative support for college teams and provide general campus support as needed.
- Analyse student engagement data and feedback, using insights to improve service delivery.
- Maintain office operations, including boardroom and kitchen management, stationery supplies, and stock control.

- Significant customer service experience, with a passion for delivering high standards of support.
- Strong team leadership skills, with experience in supervising staff.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to coordinate clear and effective communication.
- Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills, with a personable and approachable nature.
- A proactive and solution-focused mindset, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
The successful candidate will be expected to split their week between both our Fulham and Ealing Campus Locations.
