Intermediate Quantity Surveyor

Role: Intermediate Quantity Surveyor x 2

Location: Dungannon or Belfast / Hybrid

Hours: Full Time (8.30am – 5pm)

Pay: £40k to £50k

An excellent opportunity has arisen for 2 x Intermediate Quantity Surveyors to join one of our clients. This role you will get to see the Full 360 of Construction Projects.

The Role: General Quantity Surveying duties on projects in the commercial, education, health, heritage, industrial, residential, social housing, and sport & leisure sectors. 

The Requirements:

• Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying / Construction Management.


• 3+ years post qualification experience working as a Quantity Surveyor.


• Experienced at Project Management and Sub-Contractor Management.


• Experience with NEC / JCT Contracts and valid CSR Card.


• Full drivers’ licence and proficient on MS Office including MS Excel.
