Internals Assistant Site Manager

Our client is a long established Residential Development business, whose growth and expansion in recent years has made them an exciting name in the UK Residential sector. Due to continued expansion, they are looking to recruit 3 x Assistant Site Managers to oversee internals from SFS through to handover.

The project is a number of RC Frame blocks up to 28 Storey’s and will be in excess of 400 Residential units in total, with the long term scheme being split into phases with work anticipated to continue for a minimum of 10 years.

• They are looking to appoint ASM’s with strong internal focus


• 5 years experience in a similar role


• Internals exposure on large scale residential projects.


• Experience at managing internal trade packages


• Keen eye for finishings

Responsibilities:

• Pre Dec-Snag


• Maintaining Site Reports


• Safety Inspection


• Site Induction


• Producing Snag List


• Liaising and checking subcontract work


• Quality Inspection Checks


• Post Dec Snag and final finish

On offer is:

• Salary between £45,000 - £55,000 per annum
