Our clients are a Building and Civil Engineering Contractors, carrying out projects in Northern Ireland.

Day to Day: Pricing BOQs and Schedule of Works, Measurements and Take Offs, Preparing and coordinating of tenders for submission, Site Remeasure, Quantifying variations & submitting to Design Team, Preparing monthly Valuations & Final Accounts.

Experience

• 3rd level degree in Quantity Surveying / Construction.


• Needs 1+ years’ experience as a Quantity Surveyor.


• Experience with Building and Civil Engineering.


• Full driving licence and access to a car.
