Lead Revit MEP Coordinator

Lead Revit MEP Coordinator: Croydon (£55-65k per annum)

This is a great opportunity for an advanced Lead MEP Coordinator to join a friendly, growing consultancy based in a modern office, in Croydon.

The ideal candidate will have strong modelling and coordination skills and have experience in both a consultancy environment. You will have the chance to work on large, varied projects, seeing the projects through to completion.

The role will require attendance at coordination meetings and leading junior and outsourcing elements of projects. The right candidate will also manage the Phillippines CAD facilities office which will include daily morning handover meetings to ensure workload is complete.

You will be required to work closely with engineers to coordinate their designs to a high standard. A strong work ethic, organisational skills and attention to detail are a must for this candidate.

The role will have development opportunities with training in the latest software and tools to increase productivity.

Requirements and Skills:

• 5 years minimum Revit MEP


• 2 years AutoCAD.


• 2 years Navisworks including clash detection.


• Knowledge of COBie.


• 5 days in the office due to collaborative project team.


• Familiar with Level 2 standards.

Current project:

• Based in Blackfriars (£25 million MEP value).


• 16 storey residential and 21 storey commercial.


• Currently in 2nd phase.


• Multi-disciplinary mixed use new build.
