Learning and Development Administrator

Would you like to work in Kent's largest independent hospital supporting the Learning and Development of all staff hospital wide? 

We're seeking a dynamic, detail orientated administrator to join our friendly Learning and Development function. If you feel this could be you read on!

This is a full-time, permanent position offering a competitive salary of £23,500 per annum.

Your working hours will be 37.5 Hours per week. Monday to Friday.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate the induction process, including preparing paperwork, organizing refreshments, and conducting the induction week with the broader HR Team.
  • Collaborate with our L&D Coordinator to schedule all necessary training for new hires as part of their induction.
  • Prepare training registers for courses, ensuring certificates and feedback forms are uploaded and filed in the system.
  • Distribute post-course materials, such as information leaflets, further reading, and feedback forms.
  • Review course feedback and collaborate with the L&D Coordinator to implement any required changes.
  • Generate e-Learning system reports to keep our records current.
  • Support the Equality, Diversity & Inclusion (EDI) Champions by attending monthly meetings.
  • Help identify and coordinate the delivery of relevant EDI training programs to promote awareness and cultivate an inclusive culture.

  • A commitment to meticulous attention to detail and the ability to work with high accuracy.
  • Quick learning capacity with the ability to apply new knowledge effectively.
  • A grasp of customer service excellence and a desire to further develop these skills.
