This is your opportunity to a leading supplier into the construction industry who are seeking for Supply Chain and Logistics Manager to join their successful team on a permanent full-time basis.

Duties…

• Monitor the performance of suppliers and products


• Develop, lead and execute purchasing strategies.


• Monitor shortages and procurement of stock to meet market demands.


• Monitor POs


• Prepare reports for senior management meetings


• Forecast future demand in order to ensure availability of supplies at all times.


• Communicate with suppliers


• Conduct industry and market research to forecast price trends


• Maintain stock levels


• Source, Coordinate and schedule receipt of raw materials


• Negotiate purchase prices, contracts and supply agreements.


• Other adhoc duties

About you…

• +3 years experience working within a similar role gained within a manufacturing or construction environment.


• Proficient with MS packages
