Our client is a leading maintenance, construction, electrical & mechanical services company who offer a wide range of solutions to a wide range of FM clients.

Established in 1990, our client is a family owned business, with family dynamics that are demonstrated at every level through the business, displaying excellent core values and high expectations. Due to growth and expansion, they ae looking for an experienced Maintenance Electrician to cover the Lincoln area, to work on a large high end retail and commercial customer.

Your Maintenance and PPM’S experience, along with a great attitude to help them deliver projects on-time, in budget is what they are looking for, so we are really keen to talk to you.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

Need to have the Level 3 NVQ in Electrical Installation or equivalent, like the former City & Guilds Part 1 & Part 2
18th Edition but 17th Edition is considered
Proven ability to work independently.
Possess a valid clean UK driving licence.
Gold ECS Card certification is preferred.
Take on electrical installation works as needed.
Prioritise safety and quality in all your work.
Meet project deadlines and budgets.
Keep accurate records of completed tasks.
Bring a passion for exceptional customer services.
Always represent the company professionally and courteously.
Flexibility, as some out-of-hours work may be necessary.
Deliver outstanding results for scheduled PPM’s planned and reactive maintenance tasks.

SALARY & BEENEFITS

Basic salary of £38,370 per year with opportunities of earning £40,000 +
Paid door to door.
Regular overtime available offered .
22 days annual leave + 8 Bank Holidays increasing with service rising with service to a max of 25 days.
