The main purpose of the role is to write high-quality content for audit manuals but also to support the wider
Technical team and strategy as needed. In particular, this includes advising clients on technical A&A
matters and contributing to technical content used for other purposes.
Responsibilities:
• Responsible for the production of high-quality written audit and compliance content that is
technically correct, up to date and practical and valuable for our clients.
• Work closely with and support our Product team. This includes contributing to the technical, client
and competitor intelligence used to make Product decisions and liaising with the Product Director
and Managers when updating or creating a product to ensure that client needs are met and
product solutions can be iterated to our Sales and Marketing teams.
• Be a brand advocate for Mercia.
Expectations:
• Support our Sales and Marketing team as required by representing your technical field in client
meetings with account managers if requested. Bring the account managers in or cross-refer to
them where clients you are working with are potentially interested in additional Mercia products
and services. Supply clear and compelling technical materials for marketing and website purposes
if requested.
• Work closely with our Client Success and Operations team and ensure that any available time in
your diary is shown as such to maximise utilisation rates and company profitability.
