Communications & Marketing Manager
Location: KIMS Hospital, Maidstone, with travel to Sevenoaks Medical Centre and other Lyca facilities as required
Hours: 40 hours per week
Salary: £50,000 per annum
We are seeking an experienced Communications & Marketing Manager to lead and inspire our marketing team. You’ll develop impactful campaigns, strengthen our brand, and drive growth across KIMS Hospital, Sevenoaks Medical Centre, and the wider Lyca network.
What you’ll do:
- Develop and lead marketing campaigns to generate leads and support revenue targets
- Manage internal and external communications to protect and enhance our reputation
- Oversee branding, website evolution, and digital marketing initiatives
- Launch new services and promotions in collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Lead and develop a talented marketing team and manage external agencies
What we’re looking for:
- 8+ years’ marketing communications experience (consumer healthcare preferred)
- Proven success in PR, digital marketing, and campaign management
- Strong leadership, communication, and budget management skills
- Ability to work independently, deliver under pressure, and meet deadlines
