Were thrilled to be recruiting for this newly-created, bespoke role for our client, a commercial insurance company in Ipswich.



As a Marketing Executive, you will be an integral part of this companys vibrant Marketing Team and will have the chance to make a real impact across the wider business. In this role, you will initially support the Marketing Team with everyday duties, gaining a solid understanding of processes and strategies, before moving on to manage the affiliate partnerships, alongside other duties such as: campaign analysis, coordination of company audits, and attending events as a brand ambassador.

duties include:

• Manage affiliate relationships.


• Creating PowerPoint Presentations.


• Attending Events and delivering talks.


• Analyse campaign performance and effectiveness.


• Support with the coordination of the customer referral scheme.


• Coordinate and support with compliance audits.

This is a hybrid role, where you will be required to work Monday - Friday 37.5 hours per week, however, there will be a few occasions across the year where you will need to attend events and talks, this may require an overnight stay or the odd weekend visit away.

We are looking for a proactive, bright and energetic team player, ideally from a sales and marketing background with a solid understanding of referral marketing and the ability to manage client relationships. This is a fantastic, unique, yet varied role, with elements of public speaking at events to potential new affiliate partners, therefore you must have proven experience in creating and delivering confident, engaging talks to large audiences. You will be competent in using Canva, Word, Excel and Outlook and be a driver with access to your own vehicle. You must be self-motivated and have the ability to manage your time effectively. You will also have a team mentality and be engaged, professional and motivated, you will also have a passion for digital marketing, relationship building and a keen interest in insurance.
