Are you a skilled Mechanical Contracts Manager looking for your next opportunity? We are seeking a talented professional to join our client's Building Services Department. You will manage multiple contracts concurrently, ensuring projects are delivered on time, to high standards, and within budget.

About the Role

Reporting to the Divisional Manager, you will oversee the successful delivery of mechanical works across multiple sites. This includes estimating, procurement, health and safety, subcontractor coordination, quality assurance, and testing and commissioning. Your focus will be on achieving client satisfaction while maintaining profitability for the company.

About You:

• Flexibility to work extended hours or weekends as needed.
