Black Fox Solutions are working alongside our client, based in Dungannon, to recruit an NPD Manager.



Working with both Market Leaders and upcoming brands, you will be at forefront of the next wave of Baby & Toddler food, Organic and “Good for you” snacks.



What We Require:

• You will have a degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or a related discipline.


• You will be able to Demonstrate experience in NPD within the food manufacturing industry, with a proven track record of successful product development.


• You will have an In-depth knowledge of food safety regulations, HACCP protocols, and product testing methodologies.


• You will have strong project management capabilities, including experience leading and coordinating product development teams.


• You will have a proven experience in team management and leadership.


• You will have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
