NPI / Manufacturing Engineer – Co Down

4 day working week!

£40k + benefits

We are working with a long-standing manufacturer who are seeking to appoint their new NPI / Manufacturing Engineer to play an important role in the management, control, and coordination of New Product Introduction projects.

This will include;

• Lead and manage multiple concurrent projects, ensuring effective planning, execution, and delivery


• Translate customer drawings and specifications into manufacturing data


• Develop bills of materials and product structures for manufacturing


• Create operator build instructions and process documentation for production teams


• Process Optimisation


• Coordinate and implement Engineering Change Notices (ECNs) on active production lines.

What we are looking for…

5 + years’ experience within an engineering / manufacturing environment to include;

• Experience with mechanical and electrical assemblies


• Understanding of associated manufacturing processes


• Project lead / management experience
