Salary: £50,000+ (Depending on Experience)

We are recruiting for a Nurse Manager to lead a warm and welcoming facility in County Tyrone that provides general nursing and dementia care.

The Role:

• Oversee day-to-day operations of a smaller-sized nursing home.


• Lead and mentor a dedicated team of healthcare professionals.


• Ensure the highest standard of person-centred care for residents.


• Manage compliance with all regulatory requirements.


• Work closely with families, external agencies, and internal teams to deliver a supportive and safe environment.

What You’ll Bring:

• NMC Registered Nurse (RN) qualification.


• Previous experience as a Deputy Manager or Nurse Manager in a care setting.


• Strong leadership and communication skills.
