An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Room Leader with NNEB, CACHE Level 3, NVQ Level 3, or equivalent qualification to join a renowned childcare organisation. This full-time (4 days per week) role offers excellent benefits and a salary of £27,540.

As a Room Leader, you will deliver exceptional care and learning opportunities for all children.

You will be responsible for:

Support and guide less experienced team members.
Ensure children are happy, thriving, and well-supported.
Oversee the smooth operation of the room.

What we are looking for:

Previously worked as a Room Leader, Third in Charge, Assistant Room Manager, Senior Nursery Nurse or in a similar role.
NNEB, CACHE Level 3, NVQ Level 3, or equivalent qualification
Understanding of the EYFS framework.
Familiarity with OFSTED standards.
Current first aid and safeguarding certification.
Passion for providing exceptional childcare and education.
Enhanced DBBS check.
