Painter & Decorator

We are currently looking for Painter & Decorators to work on a large social housing repairs contract in the Portsmouth area. This role will include all aspects of painting & decorating work, speaking to tenants and planners daily, utilising other skills such as plumbing and carrying out reactive repairs in tenanted properties.

This is a temp to perm position, where you will be offered a permanent contract after 12 weeks work. 

Duties:

• All aspects of Painting & Decorating 


• Speaking to tenants


• Using company van & PDA 


• High quality of work

Requirements:

• At least 3 years' experience as a Painter & Decorator


• Social housing experience 


• NVQ Level 2 in Painting & Decorating 


• Full UK Driving Licence 


• Own tools
