Partnership Relationship Lead

We are looking for an exceptional Partnership Relationship Lead, who will have a pivotal role in implementing the charity’s Institutional Funding strategy by fostering strong relationships with designated Regional and National Offices.

As an active Christian, this role offers you the opportunity to integrate your Christian faith and be sensitive to its various expressions across cultures and denominations.

Position: Partnership Relationship Lead

Salary: £36,576 per annum FTE, depending on experience + a good range of other benefits.

Location: Milton Keynes/Hybrid (2 days per week in the Milton Keynes Office)

Contract: 7 months fixed term contract (Maternity Cover)

Hours: Full time, 36.5 hours per week

About the Role

You will play a vital part in supporting national office strategies. Your responsibilities will include working with national offices to grow relationships with institutional donors, identifying funding opportunities and developing partnerships with external organisations to form robust consortia for funding applications.

This role offers a unique chance to drive impactful collaborations and strategic alignment within a dynamic global context.

Key areas of responsibility include:

  • Strategic Engagement
  • Institutional Funding Acquisition Support
  • Facilitate the building of in-country consortium partners
  • Support the delivery of sponsorship and Private Funded programmes

About You

With a proven understanding of development theory, policy and practice, in development and fragile contexts, you will have experience of:

  • Working in a cross-cultural context in a developing country, experience in West Africa or Asia is particularly desirable
  • Building and maintaining relationships with institutional donors
  • Influencing numerous stakeholders at multiple levels
  • Portfolio management
