Responsibilities
- Reporting to and assisting the Payroll Manager with any tasks as instructed
- Maintain and update records including new starters, leavers and change to employee information
- Handle payroll related enquiries and resolve discrepancies
- Produce reports and data as required
- Receives and coordinates requests for leave and other absences
- Audit staff information to make sure its accurate and up to date
- Ensure that all HMRC submissions are made, and all legislative timescales are adhered to
- Issuing payslips / P45’s and P60’s to employees
- Provide administrative services for pensions
- Be responsible for all administrative duties related to the tasks above including filing, data entry, photocopying and scanning
