People Advisor
Contract: Permanent, Full-time (37.5 hours per week) Monday to Friday from 9am until 5pm 4 days per week, and 7am until 3pm 1 day per week
Location: Home based, fully remote
Salary: Up to £39,000 per annum, depending on experience
SUMMARY
As a People Advisor, you will be responsible for providing first-class proactive support and leadership on all aspects of employee relations. You will play a pivotal role within the People Team providing HR advice, guidance, coaching and support on all people-related matters with a focus on supporting and upskilling our client's Managers to ‘be better than yesterday.'
REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS ROLE
- Experience in a HR Advisor position
- Demonstrable experience providing complex HR advice and coaching managers on a range of people related matters in a fast-paced environment
- HR qualification such as CIPD Level 5 or equivalent experience
- Previous experience using HRIS and analysis and interpretation of data is desirable
- Evidence of a robust understanding of HR best practice
- Up to date knowledge of employment law
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office such as Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Teams is essential for this role
