PMO Manager 

Hybrid - Houston, Texas up to $110,000 PA

You will have the experience to manage a large number of tasks, manage a large stakeholder base, ensure project governance is followed, support the development of the portfolio office team via mentoring or line management, and support the PMO in improving processes and activities.

Essential experience and abilities:

• Track record of successfully managing a PMO or Portfolio office delivery and team


• Track record of successfully leading and managing several stakeholders across the organization


• Managing change within project delivery improvements


• Managing Portfolio/PMO reporting systems, preferably with Project Online


• Excellent communicator


• Quality awareness


• My client uses Power BI reporting, so it would be great if you knew this tool but training provided

Skills, Knowledge and Background:

• Proficiency in all aspects of Microsoft Office


• Proficiency in MS Project desirable (training is available)


• PRINCE2/APM PMQ project management qualification or equivalent is desirable


• Ideally educated to a degree or equivalent level
