With 2 separate sites offering services to the Aerospace, Automotive and other industrial sectors, our client has created a friendly, supportive environment, for you to develop your skills in this business.
JOB PURPOSE
As the Power Coater / Wet Paint Sprayer, you will
JOB DUTIES
Cleaning of materials ready to spray
Powder coating a wide range of products
Putting materials in industrial ovens to set and cool off
Putting the materials in various type of chemicals to give them the high standard finish that is required
Integrate with the existing team is essential as is the ability to work unsupervised, once trained.
Candidates should possess a fine eye for detail and the ability to prioritise jobs, and work under tight timescales.
Powder Coater
Clean article to be powder coated
Load appropriate colour for powder coating
Spray article, load on trolley, move into the powder coating oven
Remove from powder coating oven
Wrap article
Wet Painting
Clean article to be sprayed
Mix colour
Spray article
SKILLS & EXPEIENCE REQUIRED
Powder coating or paint spraying experience
Plating experience would be advantageous
SALARY & BENEFITS
£12.50ph (£26k) + Overtime x.15
39 hours per week
Monday to Thursday 8am – 4:30pm
Friday 8am - 3:30pm
