Black Fox Solutions are working alongside our client, a forward-thinking specialist manufacturer, producing high-end products for a range of construction markets.



What We Require:

• You will need at least 3 years of experience of managing within a manufacturing environment.


• Overseeing manufacturing schedules and managing processes.


• Strong leadership, effective communication skills, and proficiency in using IT systems and understanding manufacturing drawings are essential.


• Desirable qualifications include 5 years of relevant experience, recognized qualifications in health & safety, production, project, or quality management, as well as experience with Kaizen, Six Sigma, 5S continuous improvement models and MRP/ERP systems.
