Evening Shift (3pm – 11pm)



Black Fox Solutions are working alongside our client, based in Dunmurry, to recruit a Production Supervisor.



Reporting directly to the Production Manager, you will manage and coordinate operations within a designated area of the plant in a manner which maximises performance of Operators and Machines, within the goals established for Quality, Health & Safety, and the Environment.



What We Require:

• Experience and proven ability to Supervise General Operatives and Manage resources effectively


• A Good Knowledge of the manufacturing production process from Intake to End of Line


• An ability to multitask without feeling pressured


• Good at analysing, problem solving and being innovative in introducing new ideas.


• Good at both working within and directing teams


• Comfortable with/open to, working with IT Systems and Machine/Equipment Control Panels
