Day to Day:

• Overseeing construction activities & site operations.


• Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality.


• Maintaining detailed site records & progress reports.


• Acting as the key liaison between company & client.


• Managing & coordinating site staff and subcontractors.


• Motivating & leading site teams to ensure smooth project execution.

Requirements:

• Degree in Construction Management or Engineering.


• 8+ years’ experience as a Site Manager with a Main Contractor.


• Fit Out industry experience.


• Healthcare industry experience would be desirable.
