Details: Monday to Friday, Hybrid, Healthcare, Life Assurance, Pension, Performance Bonus, Training, Professional Memberships.

Day to Day: General Quantity Surveying and Estimating Duties, Valuations and Variations, Cost Reporting, Negotiations, Appointing Sub-Contractors.

Requirements:

• Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying / Construction Related.


• 3+ years post qualification experience working as a Quantity Surveyor.


• Experience in residential builds and commercial projects.


• Good working knowledge of construction contracts.


• Experienced at Estimating and Sub-Contractor Management.


• Full drivers’ licence and proficient on MS Office.
