Salary: £53,000-£60,000k  (Value of the contract to be determined)

As a Quantity Surveyor, you will report directly to the Commercial Manager/Project Surveyor. This Quantity Surveyor role will allow you flexible or hybrid working options, providing a great work-life balance while engaging in exciting projects.

The ideal Quantity Surveyor candidate will have a background in the RM business and a thorough understanding of the NHF. While this is a Quantity Surveyor position that does not include direct reports, you will be part of a team of 7-8 members that values collaboration.

Responsibilities:

• Support and execute cost management tasks as a Quantity Surveyor.


• Collaborate with team members and report to the Commercial Manager/Project Surveyor as a dedicated Quantity Surveyor.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in the RM industry


• Strong understanding of the NHF
