Benefits: Full time permanent, 37.5 hours, early Friday finish, 29 days holiday, Medical insurance, Pension, Bonus, Laptop, Mobile.

Day to Day: Cost estimates, budgets, and cost plans, Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors, Monitor and control project costs.

Requirements:

• Degree in Quantity Surveying with 3+ years’ experience.


• Experience in all areas of Construction and Construction Documentation.


• Strong knowledge of construction cost estimation, budgeting, and financial control.


• Proficiency in using relevant software and tools for quantity surveying.


• UK Driving Licence and be able to travel with the role when needed.
