Role

A Quantity Surveyor will be required to work on a sizeable project within Northumberland, responsible for managing various £multi-million subcontract packages. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a major project and develop experience with an attractive employer. Work will typically be site based.



Experience Required

The suitable applicant will have enthusiasm to work on a large project as part of a sizeable team and will some main contractor experience already, competent in managing valuations, variations and negotiations with subcontractors.



Remuneration

Salary will reflect level of experience brought to the role. Company car/allowance and a good range of other employee benefits will be included.
