Durham based contractor specialising in roads and sewers and plotworks for the housing development industry, selectively working for reputable housebuilders throughout the north east region.
Role
A Senior QS is required to join the company, responsible for managing a number of roads, sewers and plotworks projects, effectively managing costs of delivery and staffing throughout the delivery process. This is a stand alone role which has the responsibility and freedom to work without heavy input or scrutiny from management, whilst working closely with the Director team.
Experience Required
Quantity Surveying within a North East based housing infrastructure contractor is essential.
Remuneration
Salary and package will reflect experience, paid at a generous level above market rate, plus company car/allowance and generous bonus.
