Hours: Full Time (9am-5:30pm, early finish Friday)

Pay: Dependant on Experience

The Role:

This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a wide range of stimulating construction projects from inception to completion. You’ll take on both pre and post contract duties, working closely with clients and contractors to ensure delivery, value, and cost alignment. Ideal for someone seeking variety, responsibility, and job satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, or equivalent.


• Minimum 5 years' post-qualification experience in a Quantity Surveying role.


• Strong Understanding of NEC and JCT Contracts.


• UK Driving Licence.
