Role: Quantity Surveyor

Location: Newry

Hours: Full Time Monday to Friday

Pay: Salary DOE

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Quantity Surveyor to join one of our longstanding clients, based in Newry, specialising on Fit-Out Projects.

The Role: General QS duties, Responsibility for ensuring the project contract, cost, quality and time targets, Sub-Contractor payment applications, Commercial reports, Forecasting, Variations, Final accounts.

The Requirements:

• Degree educated in Quantity Surveying (RICS or working towards).


• A proven track record of running multiple projects at any one time.


• Understanding of the financial and commercial issues faced in interior fit out projects.


• Understanding of Cost Value Reconciliation (CVR).


• Excellent negotiating, influencing, analytical, problem solving, planning skills.


• UK Driving Licence and able to travel with the role when required.
