Salary: £28.52PH umbrella PAYE plus 34 days holiday plus chance to go permanent
Hours: 8am until 5pm with one hours lunch break

About Us: I am recruiting for a Tier 1 social housing provider dedicated to delivering exceptional housing solutions to our community. We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Reactive Maintenance Supervisor to join our team and oversee the maintenance of our social housing properties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Reactive Maintenance: Oversee the day-to-day operations of reactive maintenance, ensuring timely and efficient resolution of maintenance issues.
- Inspection and Assessment: Conduct regular inspections of properties, identify maintenance needs, and prioritize repair works.
- Team Supervision: Lead and supervise a team of maintenance operatives and subcontractors, ensuring high standards of workmanship and compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Quality Control: Ensure all maintenance works are completed to the required standard and within agreed timelines.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, including progress reports, costings, and completion timelines.
- Customer Service: Liaise with tenants and stakeholders, addressing any concerns and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Experience: Proven experience in a supervisory role within the social housing sector, particularly in reactive maintenance.
- Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
- Knowledge: Excellent understanding of responsive repairs, planned works, and project management.
- Qualifications: Relevant qualifications in construction or property maintenance (e.g., SSSTS, First Aid, Asbestos Awareness).
- Driving License: Full UK driving license.
