Our client requires a remote Recruitment and Onboarding Administrator for a period of 4-6 weeks. This is to support a busy recruitment period for the business.
Main Duties
- You will screen and process applications, ensuring the right candidates are approved, that there is no bias in your decision-making
- You will keep yourself up to date on the current recruitment process and relevant legislation.
- You will assist in responding to emails in a timely, professional, and helpful manner.
- You will also make outgoing calls where necessary.
- You will gain in depth knowledge of our company values and working practices.
- Attend any relevant remote training or meetings.
Skills and Knowledge
- Previous experience a remote administration role.
- Be able to work in a fast passed environment
- Excellent administration skills
- Tech and IT savvy
- Experience in recruitment or talent roles would be beneficial
