Recruitment and Onboarding Administrator

Our client requires a remote Recruitment and Onboarding Administrator for a period of 4-6 weeks.  This is to support a busy recruitment period for the business.

Main Duties

  • You will screen and process applications, ensuring the right candidates are approved, that there is no bias in your decision-making
  • You will keep yourself up to date on the current recruitment process and relevant legislation.
  • You will assist in responding to emails in a timely, professional, and helpful manner.
  • You will also make outgoing calls where necessary.
  • You will gain in depth knowledge of our company values and working practices.
  • Attend any relevant remote training or meetings.

Skills and Knowledge

  • Previous experience a remote administration role.
  • Be able to work in a fast passed environment
  • Excellent administration skills
  • Tech and IT savvy
  • Experience in recruitment or talent roles would be beneficial
