As a Team Leader, you will lead and inspire a dynamic team of four consultants, driving success and growth within the Accountancy and Finance team.
Our client is looking for an adaptable and determined person to join their Barclay Meade brand on their Senior Hires Accounting and Finance desk. You’ll recruit for senior level hires and will typically place Finance Directors, Finance Business Partner and Financial Controllers.
You will grow, what they refer to as “your desk” - your desk in recruitment is a hub of activity, where you'll spend your days connecting with candidates, coordinating interviews, canvassing clients and working closely with Hiring Managers to successfully fill open vacancies. Sales activities and building relationships will be an integral part of your role.
