About the Role:



As a Bank Adult Nurse, you will provide high-quality nursing care to our clients at home, ensuring their physical, emotional, and medical needs are met. You’ll work alongside a skilled healthcare team in a supportive environment, delivering exceptional care.



Key Responsibilities: 





  •  Administer medications and treatments safely and effectively




  •  Provide emotional support and guidance to patients and families




  •  Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care




  •  Maintain accurate clients records and adhere to compliance standards  





What We’re Looking For:





  • A registered Adult Nurse with a valid NMC PIN




  • Experience in acute, community, or specialist nursing settings




  • Strong clinical skills and a compassionate approach to care




  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities





Competent with: 





  • Peg management




  • Medication administration oral and enteral




  • Enteral feeding




  • Epilepsy/ seizure awareness




  • Administration of buccal and rectal medication




  • Oral and nasal suctioning




  • Catheter care
