An exciting opportunity has arisen for the Ofsted Registered Manager (Supported Accommodation)with 5 years’ experience working with children/young people including 2 years in residential care home to join a reputable organisation supporting young people. This full-time role offers excellent benefits and a salary range of £40,000 - £50,000.

As the OfstedRegistered Manager, you will be leading and managing a supported accommodation setting to ensure exceptional outcomes for young people and overseeing daily operations of 4 homes.

You will be responsible for:

Coordinating with external agencies to deliver comprehensive support.
Ensure Ofsted compliance and timely submission of reports for an Outstanding rating.
Preparing and submitting accurate reports to meet local authority requirements.
Recruiting, training, and leading a high-performing staff team.
Managing administrative tasks, including financial procedures and staff rotas.
Participating in reviews, assessments, and case conferences.

What we are looking for:

Previously worked as a Registered Home Manager, Registered Care Manager, Registered Manager, Care Manager, Homecare Manager or in a similar role.
At least 5 years’ experience working with children/young people including 2 years in residential care home.
QCF level 5 or equivalent qualification.
Understanding of child protection procedures, Children’s Act 1989, The Leaving Care Act 2000, and The Supported Accommodation (England) Regulations 2023.
Strong communication skills.
