The Role:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Revit MEP Technician to join our growing team. This permanent role offers an exciting opportunity to work on high-profile projects, leveraging your expertise in Revit MEP to produce accurate and high-quality designs.
As part of a collaborative team, you will work closely with engineers and project managers to develop, coordinate, and deliver detailed 3D models and drawings that meet project requirements and client expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and develop detailed Revit MEP models for building services projects.
- Collaborate with engineers and design teams to coordinate and integrate MEP systems.
- Produce detailed design drawings, layouts, and schematics for mechanical, electrical, and public health systems.
- Ensure models adhere to industry standards, company protocols, and BIM requirements.
- Perform clash detection and resolve conflicts between systems using BIM software.
- Maintain and update Revit families and templates to support project needs.
- Liaise with project stakeholders, including architects, contractors, and consultants, to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Provide technical support to junior team members and assist in their development.
About You:
To excel in this role, you will need:
- Proven experience as a Revit MEP Technician in the building services industry.
- Proficiency in Revit MEP and other relevant software (e.g., Navisworks, AutoCAD).
- Strong understanding of BIM Level 2 processes and standards.
- Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and public health systems design.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
- A proactive attitude toward learning new technologies and techniques.
