Risk Manager – Marine and Fleet Management

The role
The successful candidate would be responsible for developing, managing and overseeing the Fleet Management to ensure the right process are in place for risks to be identified plus assessed, you will need to lead on the development and maintenance of the risk management to ensure fleet safe operations.
The successful candidate will need to provide leadership and develop / maintain processes for KPI monitoring as to improve fleet standards also implement effective risk reporting processes to give oversight of risk exposure relating to the fleet's safe operations.
Travel will be required as part of this role, plus other tasks as required by the business related to experience
Essential Criteria:
- Minimum five-years' experience in similar role preferably within shipping related business.
- Previous experience within Risk Management – Marine and Fleet
- Confident in working in a complex, international company environment
- Proficient in decision-making based on data analysis and statistics
- Excellent planning and organisation skills
- Team player and able to get on with others.
