Sales Administrator with Languages
Cheshire Anilox Technology Ltd is a leading manufacturer of anilox rollers and sleeves, supplying the Flexo and offset printing markets over 80 countries worldwide.
We are now looking for a Sales Administrator to join our extremely successful and motivated sales team.
The role
The role can be very diversified and requires a highly organised person with excellent attention to detail.
As there will be a great deal or liaison with customers and suppliers in this role you will need to demonstrate a passion for the delivery of high-level customer service and have excellent communication skills.
Main duties:
- Managing an existing portfolio of accounts as well as developing and growing the account base
- Liaising with customers
- Supplying technical information, pricing and order information
- Processing orders from customers
- Advise customers on any shipment delays etc.
- Maintain quotation logs and follow up periodically to maximise conversion to orders
- Carry out periodic marketing campaigns to specific market sectors
- Market research to find key customers/competitors
- Compile information/mailing relevant prospects
Candidate Profile
- Excellent telephone manner and good communication skills
- Languages will be a distinct advantage
- Sales experience with a technical product is an advantage but no necessary as full training is provided
- Able to work on own initiative and able to prioritise workload
- Independent and able to work within a team
- Excellent computer skills
