The Sales Co-ordinator will be an integral member of a busy and vibrant sales department. We are looking for candidates that are ambitious, a good work ethic and looking to grow with a company. Main Duties
- Interact with customers and provide excellent customer service through in-person showroom visits and remotely.
- Process customer sales queries accurately and efficiently.
- Managing multiple enquiries through various stages of the sales process.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals.
- Review customer/architect specification and present design and cost proposals to the client.
- Sales Administration
- All work is delivered via inbound enquiries, repeat business and other activity - no cold calling involved.
Skills and Knowledge
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong time management skills, ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
- Ability to work both independently and to effectively collaborate within a team
- Excellent administration skills
- Highly organised
- A minimum of 12 months experience in a similar internal sales environment
- Strong customer service experience
- Excellent telephone manner
Salary and Benefits
- £28-30K plus commission - should be approx. £3K in year one
- 25 days holiday plus bank holidays and birthday off
- Working hours - Mon-Thurs 8am - 5pm, Fri 8am - 4pm, 1 Saturday morning perm month (9-12), paid back as time in lieu
